a few issues
loose bath panel cracked sink
the food service seemed satisfactory.
I found the room quite dated. the bath panel was loose, and the sink had a noticeable crack. the heating was excessive. Opening the window only introduced noise from traffic and a nearby railway.

helpful staff efficient staff freshly made breakfast good sized room long wait food wait missing plate slow service
i found the staff helpful and efficient. the breakfast was freshly made. the room i stayed in was a good size (plenty of space!).
the food took a long time to arrive. only two plates out of three came at the same time. i was not convinced the sweet course would be any quicker (so i skipped it).

delicious buffet organized event amazing staff
We booked the Double Room. Many relatives came from a distance. All the rooms were booked to us. The staff was amazing. Everything went smoothly. The buffet was delicious. It catered to all tastes. Chris, our contact, had everything organized.
The pork at the carvery was quite tough. I had a hard time chewing it.

good selection attentive staff good service
i revisited recently and the carvery still had a good selection of meat and veg! the staff were very attentive despite being very busy. the food was quite nice and the service was very good!

The staff were very lovely and always accommodating. I found the food AMAZING!!! The rooms provided great comfort, and everything I needed was available. The rooms were clean and well-kept.
My room faced the main road and some traffic noise was present.
